What is delegation chain?
In short:A delegation chain records who handed authority to whom. A person hands it to an agent, that agent to a sub-agent, and so on. Preserving it means every action can be traced back to a human. Losing it means an action appears to come from nobody in particular.
How does it work?
Each hop adds an actor to the token or the log. Policy can limit how deep chains may go.
What does it look like in practice?
A planning agent calls a booking agent, and the booking request still shows the employee who started it.
