Editorial policy
In short:We use public vendor material and primary sources only. If a fact cannot be confirmed from a source we read, we leave it out. We do not invent customers, quotes or statistics. Every score names its source, and every correction is logged with a date.
Which sources do we use?
Vendor product pages, documentation, pricing pages, press releases and blogs, plus standards bodies and public filings. Each claim links to its source with the date we read it.
What do we leave out?
Anything we cannot confirm from a source. We do not invent people, customers, quotes, statistics, awards or reviews. We do not publish star ratings or review markup.
How do we write?
Short sentences, plain words and sentence-case headings. Most headings are a question a buyer asks. Every page opens with a short answer.
How do we describe positioning?
We describe each product by what its public material says it does. Where a product runs alongside an identity provider, we say so. We do not describe agent identity layers as replacements for workforce sign-in.
How do we correct errors?
Send the page, the claim and a public source to the corrections address. Confirmed corrections are made promptly and logged on the corrections page with the date.
